Our initial research projects are focused on the shops and the rivers in Bourne End.
A number of people are already researching the historic uses of the buildings along The Parade. The shops project covers all shops in the the village, not just The Parade. If you are interested in participating in the shops project
We are looking for members to work on a project about the rivers (Thames and Wye) in Bourne End. If you are interested in participating in the rivers project
We are also working on an Oral History project, capturing reminisences from people who have lived in the village for a long. time. This will require volunteers to carry out interviews, also to be interviewed and to transcribe the recordings of the interviews afterwards.
